He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his daughter Carol Hubbell (Paul); his stepdaughter Cynthia Smith; his son Michael Cozad (Lori Baker); and his brother Douglas Cozad. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bloomdale Cemetery.
