It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Marie Modelski in Trenton, Michigan, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her children, Dustin and Carolyn; her parents, Edward Rakes and Violet Rakes; and her sister Deborah Gillespie.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Rakes (Donna), Michael Modelski (Tonia), Robin Hammon (Tim) and Jaydee Modelski (Amy Helm); her grandchildren, Tony (Rachel), Sabrina, Jousseline, Eddie, Jr. (Paije), Jaydee, Dustin, Breona, Mikey, Jacob, Kaylee, Violet, Brian and Mollyann; her siblings, Linda Parker and Timothy Rakes; and her close friend Sandy Tchorzynski. She is also survived by her 14 great-grandchildren.
