He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Johnson; his children, Sara Johnson (Travis Lahnalampi) and Andrew Johnson (Katrin); his stepchildren, Kelsey and Steve Blackburn; his grandchildren, Cally, Riley, Rudy and Mason; and his siblings, Karen Hart (Jim), Donna Yarbrough and Michael Johnson (Gail). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
