He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Weber and Euletta Weber (Otte); his wife Elaine; and his brothers, Cletus, Gerald and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Charney (Kathi), Matthew (Cheri), Edward Frank (Laurie) and Donna Cook (James); and his grandchildren, Amanda Goold (Thomas), Brandon, Steven, Jordan, Sydney, Dennis and Riley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
