He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Roberts; his siblings, Ada, Robert, Helen, Betty, Mary and Thomas; and his children, Mark Anthony Roberts (Alissa), Richard Roberts and Caroline Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Cecilia Thompson (John), Duane Roberts, Jr. (Lynda) and Robin Hawman (Alex); his grandchildren, Rachel, Danielle, Isaac, John Robert, Leo, Zoe, Isabelle and Gabriel; his great grandchildren, Leah, Xander, Gideon, Melody and Harold; and his sister Donna Granger.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
