She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McLaughlin and Margaret McLaughlin; her husband Robert L. Carter; and her son Jeffrey Carter (Kathy). She is survived by: her children, Leslie Browning and Robert T. Carter; her grandchildren, Ryan (Melanie), Jessica, David (Kayla), Jeremy (Kyleigh), Nicole (Scott) and Melissa (Don); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jeffrey, Jaxson, Carter, Rhett, Beckett, Jordyn and Grady; and her siblings, Josephine (Jack), Joyce (Dick) and Charles (Nita).
Her contributions to her community and her cherished role within her family will forever be remembered with respect and love.
