With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Timothy Marek (Trenton, Michigan), who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Patricia Ann Labadie Marek; and his sisters, Jean Hill Carter, Mary Hill Smellie and Collette Goering. He is survived by : his wife Nova Jean Johnson Marek; his children, Tim Marek (Gary Remick), Debbie Parker (Dave) and Dan Marek (Cathy); his grandchildren, Andrew, Christopher Parker, Miranda and Natalie Marek; and his sister Rose Hill Steckling (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“I heard the sad news of my Uncle Frank passing away. I’m not sure too many people knew that Frank was my godfather and I always cherished that relationship with him. We didn’t see each other too often but when we connected I always appreciated his humor and stories. The last time I saw him in person was in Arizona where I live with my family when he was on one of his famous driving vacations. He shared a lot of storied about growing up with my mom and Aunt Mary.
