He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Holbrook and Esta Holbrook; and his siblings, Larry, Gary, Harold Holbrook and Brenda Morton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Holbrook; his grandchildren, Natalie, Tashiena Holbrook-Combs, Willa Sea, Emily, Joe Ottenbreit, Jonah, Maria, Micah, Ryleigh, Ayla Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Adam Ottenbreit, Vera Jayne and Luka; the mother of his children Elizabeth "Betty Jo" Holbrook; and his siblings, Patricia Karagitz (Ron), Ronald Holbrook, Wendell Holbrook (Becky) and Linda McCarty.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trenton Chapel - Martenson Family (3200 West Rd, Trenton, MI 48183). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery (32163 Huron River Dr, New Boston, MI 48134). A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the same location.
