He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his siblings, Robert Hoffman and Evelyn Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Karen Taylor (David), Nancy Niewierski (Walt), Linda Powell (Bob), Susan Owchinko, Joann Hill (Kevin), Janet Brown (Steve), Dave Hoffman (Colleen) and Cathy Ahearn (Dan); and his sisters, Marguerite Cole, Martha Muzar and Barbara Callahan. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
