He was predeceased by : his parents, James Lowlor and Gladys Lowlor (Lee). He is survived by : his wife Kathleen; and his children, Laura Vorndam (Ronald), Lindsay Lowlor, Matthew Lowlor (Maria) and Megan Lowlor (Matt Korovesis). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

“I graduated from high school with Jim, and have spoken with him at several recent gatherings of classmates. Jim was always interested in what others were doing and was easy to talk with. He seemed very proud of his and his children's accomplishments. He will be missed.”
