He is survived by: his wife Theresa Larkins; his children, Jeffrey Larkins (Lori) and Kimberly Tackett (Jon); his grandchildren, Alex Larkins, Lauren Ullery (Brooks), Natalie Rivera (Ryker), Sarah Larkins, Hannah Tackett and Zachary Tackett; and his great grandchild Vivienne Ullery.

His contributions to his family, friends, and church, coupled with his passion for life, will leave a lasting legacy.
