He is survived by: his children, Nikole Ford-Kondraciuk (Jerry), Michael Ford (Sharanya) and Christopher Ford (Megan); his grandchildren, Alayna Kondraciuk, Alexia Kondraciuk, Nikhil Ford, Ishaan Ford and Brooklynn Ford; his sisters, Janet Cole (Nick), Lorrie Merker (Tim) and Patrice Lehmann (Keith); and his siblings-in-law, Scott DeCoster (Joni) and Carol Ford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
