He was predeceased by : his parents, Norbert Gazarek and Ella Gazarek; and his wife Shawna Gazarek. He is survived by : his siblings, Kenneth Gazarek, Debra Vendlinski, Randy Gazarek (Maureen) and Stephen Gazarek.
