She is survived by: her children, Annette Levko (Paul) and Christopher Pesta (Jeannine); her grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Alyssa Levko and Olivia Pesta; her great grandchildren, Grayson Smith and Christian Smith; and her brothers, Bill Burns and Chuck Burns (Lucy).
