He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Fraley and Eleanor Long; and his brothers, Glenn F. Fraley, Jr. and Charles Leonard Earl. He is survived by: his wife Jody Fraley; his sons, Ronald Lee Fraley (Liza) and Richard Fraley; his grandson Dustin Lee Bolander; and his sisters, Barbara Long, Linda Pruitt and Sue Ellen Coy.
