He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane "BJ" Schlachter (Corl); his children, Gordon Schlachter (Kelly), Elaine Schlachter, Wendy Brown (Jonathan) and Cindy Kiely (James); his grandchildren, Angelica (Jack), Noah, Solana, Mason, Madelyn, Joey and Preston; his great grandchildren, Liliana and Willow; and his siblings, Dale Schlachter, Marlene Clark (late Neal) and Joyce Chapman (Danny).
