She was predeceased by: her grandmother Barbara Faieta. She is survived by: her parents, Emmett Smith (Pam) and Donya Slivatz; her son Jaelin "J. J."; her siblings, Amanda and Zachary; and her grandmother Diane Kirby. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
