With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carole Chavaux of Troy, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dygert and Ida Dygert; and her daughter Pamela Cassani. She is survived by: her spouse Russell; her sons, Mike Chavaux (Kelly), Scott Chavaux (Megan) and Mark Chavaux; her grandchildren, Heather Wilkins, Joel Chavaux, Nick Cassani, Scott Shutt, Jeffrey Chavaux (Angel), Shelby Chavaux and Chelsea Chavaux; and her friends, Dottie, Ellen and Diane. She is also survived by nine siblings.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons - Crooks (2600 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
