She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mathieson and Eleanore Mathieson; and her significant other Fred. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kosciolek, Paul Kosciolek (Stacey), Mark Kosciolek (Kristen), David Kosciolek (Johanna) and Kelly Willson (Eric); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Timothy, Steven, Vincent, Brayden, Oliver, Kyle, McKenna and Fiona.
