It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cecilia I. Worrel of Troy, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 100, on December 8, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stocker and Alice Stocker; her husband Calvin Worrel; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her children, Judy (Tim), Gregory, James (Kristie), Peter (Shawn), Donald (Christine) and Bill (Kathy); and her siblings, Katherine Brady and Robert Stocker. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (280 E Square Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085). A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home (2600 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (280 E Square Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085).
