He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winifred Ruttledge and William Ruttledge; his children, Debra Kocaj (Kevin), Patty Oswald (Stuart), Jennifer Baerlocher (Bradley), Robin Wroby (Matt), Charles Ruttledge, Krista Biedul, Jill Henson (Jim), Thomas and Michael; and his wife Carol. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
