He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Dan Chebowski (Linda) and Mark Chebowski (Rita); his grandchildren, Melissa Hayes (Brandon), Michael Chebowski (Anna), Matthew Chebowski (Kaitlyn), Alexander Chebowski and Anna Chebowski; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Chebowski, Brian Hayes and Ella Hayes; his brother Jerome Chebowski; and his sister-in-law Sandy Stone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
