She is survived by: her children, Jack "Ed" Hay (Sue), Debra Panzica (John) and Ronald A. Hay; and her grandchildren, John Niezgoda, Robert Niezgoda, Alan Hay, Ryan Hay, Melissa Panzica, Justin Panzica, Leah McCulloch, Nicholas Hay and Delaney Krause. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
