He was predeceased by: his wife Brigida (Gita); his parents, Thelma and Frederick; and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Audrey Schulte (Bret), Rick Comiskey (Cheri) and Brenda Baker (Brad); his grandchildren, Sean, Lauren (Cory), Stephen, Evan (Shannon), Blair (Grant), Kiley and Connor; his great grandchildren, Caden, Ella and Avery; his sisters, Ellen Murphy (late John) and Linda Krispin (Larry); and his children, Amanda (Corey), Bradley (Kayla) and Kristy (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A rosary will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (4580 N Adams Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
