He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Sniezek Solensky. He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Lawrence Solensky Jr. and Bradley Michael Solensky; and his granddaughter Rose.
The lying in state will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (280 E Square Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
