He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Smith; his wife Kathie; his grandchildren, Terry Watson (Pat), Jimmy Hemstreet (Kristy), Nichole Parker (Doug), Shane Rutkowski (Lauren), Daniel Hemstreet (Julia), Keegan Rutkowski and Ashley Sherrill; and his pet Charley. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
