He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Payne. He is survived by: his wife Frieda Payne; his daughter Yolanda Combs (Ronald); his grandchildren, Brandie Payne, Tiffany Goniwiecha, Hannah Goniwiecha, Amber Combs and Ronald Combs Jr. Dear; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Noah, Valentina and Vinny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
