She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her sisters, Denise D'Agostino and Suzanne Bailey; and her parents, Charles Edward "Eddie" and Mary Geisler.
She is survived by: her children, Marcy Titgemeyer, Steve DeMascio, Korky DeMascio and Rachel Upton (Bob); her grandchildren, Greg, Brian, Emma, Will, Emmett and Sean; her great grandchildren, Gage, Teagan, Isla and Burke; and her siblings, Margot Pfaendtner, Don Geisler (Rhonda) and Greg Geisler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes on Jacqueline's behalf can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Wounded Warrior Project.
