James Anthony Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Anthony in Troy, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anthony and Anna Anthony (Kastrans); and his significant other Virginia Anthony (Pellegren). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Anthony (Carol) of Troy, Mary Monolo (late Alexander) of South Carolina and Patricia Koenig (Edward) of Imlay City; his grandchildren, Christina Gramith (Patrick), Philip Monolo (Rachael), Sarah Anthony, Rachel Anthony, Charles Koenig and Grace Koenig; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Vienna, Antonio, Joseph and Theodore; and his sisters, Rose Marie Anthony and Joyce Karsnick.
