It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Hoover (Troy, Michigan), born in Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Terry and Jo Frances Hoover (Harpole); his children, Dan and Linda; and his wife Alma Davis (Methodist Church).
He is survived by: his son David of Rochester; his grandson Ben Hoover (Rebecca) of Whitehall; his great grandchildren, Mayleen, Bryce and Teli; and his brother O. Lytle Hoover of Cherry Hill, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
