He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Maiani. He is survived by: his wife Palmira Bertoia; his children, Vera Agnetti (late John), John Bertoia and Jack Bertoia (Sally); his grandchildren, Michael Agnetti, Michele Perella (Don), Mark Agnetti (Anne), Kelly DelCampo (Matt), Chris Bertoia and Brianna Bertoia; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Abigail, Ellis, Owen, Olivia and Brooklyn; and his sister Mary Zucchet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
