Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bamsey and Helen Bamsey; his wife Sandra Lee Bamsey (DeVos); his siblings, Alfred Bamsey and Muriel Dusseau; and his granddaughter Samantha Skinner.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bamsey (Kathleen), Karen Moore and Kristin Wuori (David); and his sister Nancy Perna. He is also survived by grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Troy Christian Chapel (400 E Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
