He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Semonick; his parents, John Semonick and Julia Semonick; and his siblings, John, Julia, Mike, Mary, George, Anna, Pete, Adam, Frank and Steve.

He is survived by: his children, Joetta Rayfield (Bob), Joey Semonick (Colleen) and Randy Semonick (Vicky); his grandchildren, Leah Karnib (Hala), Mike Rayfield (Jennie), Tony Semonick, Chase Semonick and Tori Wolfe (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Adeline Wolfe and Mia Karnib. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
