He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Worthley (Bernice) and Mary Worthley; and his siblings, Leland, Mary, Ray and Alan.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Worthley; and his cousin Deborah Heightman.

He was involved in his community, participating in Alzheimer's walks to support the cause.
