He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Polsinelli and Loisa Polsinelli; and his great grandchild Blake. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Polsinelli and Don Polsinelli; his children, Gary Polsinelli (Dawne), Keith Polsinelli (Tisha) and Judy Coster (Gerry); his grandchildren, Adrienne Ayer (Allan), Bryan Polsinelli, Alyssa Wilcox (Ryan), Larissa Canestraight (Kano), Jaclyn Sivers (Craig), David Coster (Jen), Lauren Kaczanowski (Nick) and Bradley Coster; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Austin, Brayden, Westyn, Gianna, Jordan, Ella, Zola, Kiya, Aiden, Brooklyn, Grant, Isaiah and Isabella. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
