With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Oscar Abuel (Troy, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Romeo Abuel and Priscila Abuel; his wife Elsie "Ting" Abuel; his children, Agnes Van, Veen (JK), Maria Angelica Valencia (Alvin), Ma Priscila Barrett (Michael), Christopher Noel Abuel (Maria Kit), Mario Angelo and Norman Andrei (Eleanor); his grandchildren, Sofia, Leeanne, Dominic, Andrei, Samantha, Lauren, Jasmine, Sebastian, Michaela, Alex, Nora and Michael; his siblings, Lily Ambrosio-Ylen (Lito), Cesar (Precy) and Angie Cristi (Jun); and his son Troy. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313).
