“My aunt. Greeting me with my grandparents, aunt, and uncles when my mom brought me home from the hospital. She cared for me and my siblings when our mother was being treated for cancer. Took us to school every day for months while Mom recovered. She learned to make spaghetti and we never ate Spaghetti-O's again! She taught me to sew, how to make a salad and set a table. She and my Aunt Peggy took us to Mackinac and Washington DC where we toured the White House and monuments. Precious memories.”
