He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Marian; and his sister Mary Kay. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Frank Lucken; his grandsons, Jacob and Evan Augustine; his child Stacy; his son-in-law Jason Dyer; his grandsons, Alex and Ben Dyer; his siblings, John (Marlene), Mike and Theresa Mohan; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Kuzak (Susan), Rosemary Kuzak, Brian Kuzak, Brenda Foucha and Debbie Marcum (Bret). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
