He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Rosa Lee Wells; his parents, Paul K. Wells and Elizabeth K. Wells; and his daughter Rebecca Wells. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Wells-Blanchard (David) and Derrick Wells (Lisa); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kylie (Andrew), Amanda and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Jade; and his siblings, Gary Wells (Mary Jane) and Paula McIntosh (Mitchell). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
