It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Joanne McGarry of Troy, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George; her siblings, Karen Marie Churay (late George), Jack Fleming (Dee) and Chuck Fleming (late Sharon); and her sister-in-law Betty Venables.

She is survived by: her children, Mark McGarry (Shannon) and Mickey Toger (Michael); her grandchildren, Alex Toger (Sarah Higgins), Molly Toger (Desy Desotell), Katy McGarry and Megan McGarry; and her sister-in-law Barbara Barrett (late Larry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation in Peggy's memory to Heart to Heart Hospice.
