“My deepest condolences to Pete's family on their loss. Pete was my freshman homeroom teacher at Cathedral Latin High School and later a peer at Cleveland City Hall. Pete was a very fine human being, always open and ready to help anyone in need. I treasured his friendship and am deeply saddened by his death.
