He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pastrick and Julia Pawlack Pastrick; his granddaughter Megan; and his niece Debra. He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Pastrick (late Dora), Paul Pastrick (late Mary), Tommy Pastrick, Teddy Pastrick and Martha Lowney (Larry); his wife Patricia Griggs Pastrick; his siblings-in-law, Athine and Darrell VanZant; his daughters, Lisa Hamzik (George), Lori Collick (Randy) and Karen Durfee (Jason); his grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Heather, Joseph, Rachel, Connor Chelsea and Tyler; his siblings' children, Sandy, Bob, Diane, Carolyn, Michael, Janet, Paula, Barbie, Matthew, Chad and Christopher; and his close friends, David and Lee Heythaler.
