He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon; and his parents, Jesse Franklin Wells and Evelyn Slootsky. He is survived by: his children, Eva Wells and Kyle Franklin Wells; and his siblings, Alvis, Dale and Jesse Jr.. He is also survived by many close friends and family.
