He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hagelstein and Mildred Hagelstein (Dickel); and his brother David Hagelstein. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his siblings, Donna Purdy, Thomas Hagelstein and Fred Hagelstein (Mary); his sisters-in-law, Donna Rouse (Ron) and Dian McDougall (Duane); his siblings' children, David (Katie), Dena (Matt), Hayley (Mark), Ryan (Jennifer), Kyle (Jennifer), Corey, Kristyn (Joe), Breanna (Kenny) and Jaime; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chandan, Kayla, Aubrey, Candace, Nolan, Avery, Cameron, Holden, Luca, Ryder, Kaleah, Braylee, Areya and Sophie (family: Mike Howell, Jenny Hagelstein). He is also survived by many other friends and family.
