He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Novosel and Mary Ann Novosel. He is survived by: his fiancée Kathy Perpich Thiel; his brother Joseph Novosel (Teresa); his nephew Jon Robert Novosel; his stepchildren, Brian Thiel (Elizabeth), Lauren Thiel (Ryan), Tristan and Emmett Thiel; and his brother Tamburitza Orchestra of Windsor.

In honor of Bob as a proud and life long member and current President of CFU Zora Lodge 351 in Warren, Michigan, his family requests that donations be made to that organization.

My heart was deeply saddened when I opened the Zajedicar and saw that my long-time friend had suddenly been taken from this earth all too soon. I have so many wonderful memories of Bob and his kind and gentle nature as well as his ability to make me laugh. He never forgot my birthday even when I would forget it myself.
