She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Clark and Phyllis Clark; her daughter Wendy; her siblings, Robert, Dean Clark (Jan Midgeley) and Laura Myers (Joseph); and her nephew Paul Myers.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Bill" Base; her daughter Rebecca; her sibling's children, Alec Myers (Natalie), Will Myers (Dana), Leanne Rupp (John) and Noah Clark (Sarah); and her friend Bonnie Givens.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to All About Animals - 23451 Pinewood St., Warren, MI 48091.
