She is survived by: her mother Barbara Neill (Krause); her daughter Chantelle Barbera (Tyler McCleery) of Lapeer; her husband Steve Phipps; her stepsons, Steve Phipps (Ann) and Jeff Phipps (Cathy); her grandchildren, Ethan, Cayden, Adalynn, Jax, Dylan, Mia and Blake; and her brothers, Tim Neill (Karen) and Rob Neill (Marie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
