He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Christine Tabor; his parents, Sidney Tabor and Lena "Merle" Tabor; and his siblings, Harold "Bud" Tabor, Donald Tabor, Ken Tabor (Ruth) and Linda Christine Tabor.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle Tabor, Cheryl Glendennig and Dana Sue Tabor; and his grandchildren, Xander Chismody and Carmella Kandt.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Thomas's memory to the Cleveland Clinic or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
