He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neber and Eunice Neber; and his daughter Kelly Lynn Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Merry Ann McMahon; his daughter Kristi Shorter (William); his sisters, Noralee Britz and Darlene Raffaelli (Keith); and his sisters-in-law, Diane Pruett (John) and Jean O'Leary (Matthew). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
