It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Castiglia of Turner, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Swartzentruber and Betty Swartzentruber (Kauffman); her sister Linda Swartz; her niece Nicole Swartz; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Swartzentruber.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Castiglia; her daughters, Angela Anthony (Chad) and Gina Sanchez (Brian); her grandchildren, Morgan, Caden (Emily), Cameron, Siena, Hope, Regan, Selah and Peyton; her siblings, Sandra Moe (David), LaVon Swartzentruber (Fonda) and Kevin Swartzentruber (Shawn); and her brother-in-law Ken Swartz (Sue). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Mennonite Church (3620 E Twining Rd, Turner, MI 48765). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
